Candidates should possess:

•7 — 12+ years of total experience with a mix of public accounting (required) and corporate accounting experience
•Prior experience with SEC filings (particularly 10-Q, 10-Ks)
•Experience managing a corporate accounting function in a SOX compliant environment including management of monthly/quarterly close process, maintenance of accounting system, and preparation/review of journal entries for complex or non-standard transactions
